We regularly organize numerous meet-ups to share experience and discuss technological innovations. Any ISsoft employee can prepare a report and take part in discussion of a topic of interest. Every year we organize several dozens of meet-ups on various topics: backend and frontend technologies, databases, new frameworks and versions of popular programming languages, test automation tools and many others.
In addition to technological ones, there are meetups for professional development in domain areas. First of all, ISsoft employees share their expertise in medical, financial, wearable devices and Internet of Things domains. A lot of participants gather meetups devoted to the nuances of working in a multicultural environment, interaction with the customer, and building an effective team. Authors of reports can take training on public speaking skills, presentation design and communication with the audience.
ISsoft Insights Conference
ISsoft regularly gathers more than 350 participants at the ISsoft Insights open technology conference. We share our knowledge gathered over 19 years of successful work in the field of software development. Our reports are based on practical experience of applying various technologies in ISsoft production or R&D projects. Usually the conference includes about 20 reports from leading ISsoft specialists in several streams. Workshops are also held in a separate stream for those who wish not only to get new knowledge, but also to immediately apply it in practice.
